villain was 68/29/2 over a good sample. Do you simply raise to $6.5-$7 or do you push the flop?

I was gonna say raise, because his bet is small and it seems like hero has a lot of FE. That's probably my standard play.
But c/c flop and c/r turn seems like a very nice line too.

The wrong thing I can see is that the order of the stacks are not always: UTG, MP, CO, BU, SB, BB, I had to edit manually the result ... 
Isn't c/c flop and c/r turn spew?
