PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

MP ($24.65)
CO ($45.60)
Button ($59.25)
Hero ($50.30)
BB ($26.95)
UTG ($15.50)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A, J.
3 folds, Button raises to $1.5, Hero calls $1.25, 1 fold.

Flop: ($3.50) 9, T, J (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $2.5, Hero ???

---

I've only been at the table for a few orbits, but Button seems to be raising frequently.

What's your flop move here? Do you like the initial check?

I would prefer to see a reraise PF in this spot, if villian is raisign alot on the button if it folds round then you probably have him dominated. If he calls I would lead out.

As played... I would lead out also, unless you are planning to check raise in this spot?

preflop depends on the btn, but against unknown preflop is fine.

no, opp will call with a lot of hands here (straight draw, lesser TP, MP etc). Check/calling the flop also makes our hand very difficult to play OOP on a lot of turn cards.

But if I'm up against a good tricky TAG I probably wont lead the flop, because his range for raising the flop is so wide and our hand is very difficult to play OOP against aggression on this kind of flop
