Hey guys, getting back into poker lately and will try and post more.

Villain is 53/13 with a 1.9 af (31%,25%, 25%). Folds to cbet 52%, had played about 80 hands at the time with villain. I hadnt seen him bluffing post so far, saw him call down with medium hands and not raise before.

No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

UTG ($35.38)
Hero (MP) ($47.25)
CO ($49.94)
Button ($48.75)
SB ($66.03)
BB ($49.35)

Preflop: Hero is MP with Q, A
UTG calls $0.50, Hero bets $2, CO calls $2, 2 folds, BB calls $1.50, UTG calls $1.50

Flop: ($8.25) Q, 10, 7 (4 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets $6.18, CO calls $6.18, 2 folds

Turn: ($20.61) A (2 players)
Hero bets $9.50, CO raises $19, Hero

I think the main question is, why are you betting so small on this board vs a whale?

I would bet at least 15, but likely 17-18.

A whale is not folding any pair+insider here, which makes up most of his range.

I don't see the need to bet this huge b/c of board texture, but I do agree 9$ is too small vs him. We kinda want to build a pot here and have a half pottish size bet on the river so the whale thinks goddddamn theres so much money in the pot I need to call with any pair now, instead of forcing him to fold Qx because of the scary bet.

As played super gay spot, not sure he's even raising AT here, so we split with AQ, lose to KJ/77/TT. Seems like a fold on paper but it's close either way because of the whale x-factor + pot odds.
Nine to five is how to survive - I ain't trying to survive / I'm trying to live it to the limit and love it a lot //

Can offer RB deals on most sites, PM me.

Mr. Diamond will become famous soon enough
Don't be so stats oriented - you have no sample

- on the turn I would bet about 14 and agree with alexos that 17-18 could scare him and we still have nice river shove
- as played I would fold it, because these retards always have it

(I posted the stats, but I play without a HUD atm cause the site isnt supported. I can see the active player window though if I want to... but I wouldnt say I use that a lot.)

Agreed a bit bigger sizing would be better. Leaving 32 in 40 for the river is a bit much. When playing I assumed the Ace might be a scarecard for him and didnt want to blow out his Qx or even Tx hands.

I'm not folding here. I think fish are still likely to have A7 and AT here and will raise it, probably AJ as well and maybe even other aces/pr + gutters. Just because we haven't seen him raise before doesn't have to mean this is the nuts cos we have only have 80 hands on him. Even if his range is AQ/AJ/AT/A7 that we tie with or beat and KJ/77/TT/QQ that we are losing to we still have 48% equity. His range is surely wider than that?

I'ld probably just jam cos I think he will call with all of his range, but may fold worse to our river lead or just check it behind.

c/c c/r from a whale is always the nuts. Bet bigger (like everyone said) and now I'd just muck
