I would be very worried about him dropping a big bet on the turn or river. One I would have a hard time calling.

I raise the flop, check behind most turns, call reasonable bets on most rivers.

Against an unknown I raise because I would expect a $7 bet on the turn, then something I can't call on the river. Maybe that's too pessimistic. After the flop I think it's super standard.

If you raise you price yourself to the river. You let the villain know that he can't donk bet and take pots from you. Maybe it's tourney thought, but I would rather just take the pot down than fuck around.

Upon reflection I don't think raising the flop is the most eV line in a vacuum. However, I would rather make easy flop decisions against an unknown than difficult river decisions. I am still pretty noob from an experience viewpoint.

I likey, although I would reraise less on the river (to something like $17). Unless villian is an complete idiot he wont look you up without a J when facing such a big bet.
