call and watch him lead into you on the turn, where you can decide what to do from there. He probably thinks you have an AK type of hand and may have hit his T to boot (TJ, QT, KT may play this way).

the other option kind of depends on what opp thinks of you. if the image is right, you may be able to raise him here and have him play any T, or a wide range of PP's back at you.

If he doesn't fold pairs when he gets raised here, just raise him right now. Otherwise, it might be better just to call.

With 100BB stacks, I raise and try to get it all in ASAP unless he is a total NIT or has my respect.
