Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) - Full-Tilt Replayer from Poker Hands Replayer

Hero (Button) ($87.10)
SB ($33.20)
BB ($76.40) - a 19/14 with a 3.8% 3b and 19% ATS
UTG ($51.50)
MP ($35.70)
CO ($56.90)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A, A
UTG bets $2, 2 folds, Hero raises to $6.25, 1 fold, BB raises to $14, 1 fold, Hero ($80.85) ?

Do we call or raise here? If raise, how much? If call, what is our plan on Kxx flop? Axx? xxx?

I feel a 5b shove shows great strength and would fold QQ and even AK. Also, 5b'ing to any other size probably looks even stronger.

A call here may get an extra cbet from AK or a spaz from overpairs. I would think a shove on a Kxx flop would be optimal while a check through on an Axx would be good.

Thoughts? Is there any disguising my range here?

That's how winners play; we convince the other guy he's making all the right moves.

This happened while I was sweating - I think it's also relevant you mention that UTG is pretty nitty looking, so your 3 bet looks even stronger to an attentive villain and therefore is less likely to get cold 4-bet by hands such as QQ and AK imo.

i think id just time bank n shove... if you flat you're basically praying for a low flop that qq stacks off on or a K high flop where you stack AK, thats pretty specific stuff you need to stack him and if he flops his set its doubtful you get off your hand. 150bb isnt very deep really, i wouldnt give villains credit for always getting off AK/QQ here...

griffey24 is on a distinguished road
If he's cold 4betting you here, regardless of utg opening and you 3betting him then he's happy with his hand. I don't see much of a reason to slow play here.. I'd just make it 30.

i'd just shove, people rarely cold 4bet/fold

also a call and a cbet from a whiffed AK is less money than just shoveling and AK calls. QQ will have to fold certain flops (if you hit a set, or may play slowly on a K high board)
