Folding to his weak-ass repeat bet (from a player who doesn't seem to be aware) is a mistake.

Although I can see the value in a check raise on that flop, my line is to open bet the flop because you've got to be damn sure he's going to bet when checked to. That is not the kind of flop you want to mess around with potentially seeing a turn card. Also if you open bet it and are called or raised, then you have a good place to start with a read. Check calling the flop bet earns you very little information about opps hand and brings about a turn card, most likely a turn card that you don't want to see.
