his lead bet is usually a draw or a weak pair (second pair, MAYBE top pair, weak kicker), is occasionaly top pair with a good kicker, if hes a good player its often a made straight or a set, but we have to assume he isn't very good. Its almost never an overpair.

I was thinking raise to about 9 and expect to see a lot of folding I generally like the 3X their bet raise.
Maby I am missing some value at these tables.

a raise to 9 gives them 6:16 on the call, which is not very good if he has a draw (the most likely hand in his range)
