Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.25/$0.50
6 players
Converter

Hand 1 - Ok to shut down with 3 callers here? That isn't common.

Stack sizes:
Hero: $48.25
UTG+1: $36.40
CO: $49.65
Button: $50.10
SB: $57.15
BB: $44.25

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG with A K
Hero raises to $2, UTG+1 calls, CO calls, 2 folds, BB calls.

Flop: Q Q 3 ($8.25, 4 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, UTG+1 checks, CO checks.

Turn: T ($8.25, 4 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, UTG+1 checks, CO checks.

River: 8 ($8.25, 4 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, UTG+1 checks, CO checks.

Hand 2 - I figured I would only get called by worse hands if I bet

Stack sizes:
UTG: $8.30
UTG+1: $58.80
CO: $50
Button: $32.45
Hero: $47.75
BB: $50.10

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is SB with 5 8
UTG calls, UTG+1, folds, CO (poster) checks, Button calls, Hero calls, BB (poster) checks.

Flop: 6 5 5 ($2.5, 5 players)
Hero bets $1.5, 2 folds, CO calls, Button folds.

Turn: 9 ($5.5, 2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $4, Hero calls.

River: 3 ($13.5, 2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $9, Hero calls.

Hand 3 - no reads on either, I thought SB had the K and BB had a flush draw. I ruled out AK, thus figured it was a split between KQ and KT and I had good enough odds.

Stack sizes:
UTG: $32.95
Hero: $50.45
CO: $57.85
Button: $8.15
SB: $51.75
BB: $58.40

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG+1 with J K
UTG calls, Hero raises to $2.5, 2 folds, SB calls, BB calls, UTG folds.

Flop: 9 K K ($8, 3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $7, SB raises to $14, BB calls, Hero raises all-in $47.95,

I agree with Gabe. Hand one you're not doing much with anyway, you get away from it cleanly. Hand three also a good line.

Hand two, I'm not seeing why you wouldn't have reraised, at least on the river. Are you that scared of a straight / house? Given the other players' plays, I can't imagine they hold either of those, or a 5.

Hand 1 and Hand 3 are good. In Hand 2 this guy posted the blinds out of position so he probably sucks. Just keep potting it and he'll probably call you with A6o.

Lol, now that you mention it I have had that happen on a 556 flop. He stacked off (1/2 stack shorty) with it.

If I had 88 I would have kept betting, I'm not sure what I was thinking. Scared of blowing people out of the pot I guess. Thanks.

I'm usually afraid of my kicker sucking in hand 2 and not try to build a big pot most of the time.
