Relatively deep, the game has broken down to 4 handed play. Me and villain have some history and he runs really odd like 47/20/2.5 over a big sample, but hes not a horrible player although not a great one either and i think he respects my game for the most part. Doesn't 3 bet too often, mostly 3bets just premiums, if that, from what i can remember. Anyway, for the most part, i play pretty straightforward against him, although his stats suggest hes a maniac, hes really not, and for the most part i treat him like your normal lag.

Easy 3bet? Call and reevaluate river? If you call/raise how do you proceed with the hand? What do you do if he 4bets you? 5bet? fold? shove? If you call/your raise gets called, assume a blank/meaningless river, how do you play the river? What if he shoves? do you bet/check/call etccccccc?
Other thoughts:
Are we extracting max value here? If so, what is the best way? Are we easily behind here to a higher 2 pair/str8/set? Lots of questions, would appreciate as much feedback as possible as im really confused with this hand. Thx guys

probably call. then river kinda depends.
checking behind turn wouldnt be bad here if he will bluff the river a lot. but if hes more of the kind of guy who just calls down weak the whole way then just keep betting.

I think you want to call turn, and call rivers up to 2/3 pot, if checked to I probably check.
