Villain is 19/16. My notes are that he's a light three bettor. He's aggressive. He sat down 5 hands ago and last orbit he 3-bet my CO raise, exactly like this hand.

POKERSTARS GAME #101020167: HOLD'EM NO LIMIT ($1/$2) - 2007/05/25 - 17:11:40 (ET)
Table 'Caph' 6-max Seat #1 is the button
Seat 1: mused01 ($205 in chips)
Seat 3: mirs1000 ($129.10 in chips)
Seat 4: URBANIK ($118.40 in chips)
Seat 6: Hero ($171 in chips)
mirs1000: posts small blind $1
URBANIK: posts big blind $2
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to Hero [Qs Ac]
Hero: raises $6 to $8
mused01: raises $18 to $26
mirs1000: folds
URBANIK: folds
Hero: raises $145 to $171 and is all-in

Here's what i feel like my only two options are:

A. Call and hope to hit a Q or A.
Pros:
- +EV
- low varience
Cons:
- He's going to take the pot down a decent amount with a bad hand (AJ, AT, KQ, medium PP's)

B. Push or 4-bet and call a push
Pros (tell me if my logic is correct):
- Good equity if he decides to call with more than QQ-AA, AK
- If he calls and sees me showdown AQ, i'll get looser 4-bet calls in the future.
- He'll incorrectly fold some PP's (if my range here is QQ-AA, mostly AK and AQ, or something of that sort)
Cons:
- Possibly -EV in a vaccuum?
- If his calling range is QQ-AA, AK my hand has 0 strength and i'd rather do it with 76s.
- High varience.

I like my 4-bet push. Tell me where i'm wrong...

-EV: either option.
+EV: get up and sit on his left.

anyways, if you know he's a light 3better, i think pushing is better for the reasons you stated, and also to stop them from doing it in the future. if you show down AQ, villain will probably notice that you're willing to gamble vs their light 3betting, and to adjust they would tighten up the 3bet range.

id rather call and shove a lot of flops with decent texture for ur hand- that means getting it in if u hit an ace or queen, but also getting it in on an all low cards flop or a J83 flop etc

Me and Max did an EV calculation today with this and the shove is actually barely +EV given max's reads. I think calling and seeing a flop is better though, you just have to shove air sometimes.
