Well I dont know him that well but if hes tilting Id probably just push. Hes just as likey (more likely?) to have SCs than Axs here and a set/2 pair isnt that unlikely and hell probably call with them if hes tilting.

Call, Jager is tight, he repped a flush draw the entire way, there's no reason to think he doesn't have a flush. Unfortunately, it could be anywhere from 9 high to 5 high, or it could be Q high to A high.

Your flop raise is stupid I think, explain reasoning?

The third point is not very important as the pot is already well built and is their really any fold equity?

Definitely just call. Lower flush draws seem pretty unlikely, at least I think it's a lot more likely he would show up with a bigger flush here. You also played your hand like a flush draw by raising flop and checking the turn, so he probably folds a set/2pair to a raise and maybe even a smaller flush. Folding is also out of the question because he could easily make this bet with a lot of worse hands but won't call raises with them.
