TT seems like the most obvious hand. I suppose I could see a villain slowplaying QQ+ like this also. You're ahead of 1/2 that, though there are less combinations of QQ, but his actions suggest TT more than the other two.

Would a 10NL villain with those stats 3-bet TT though? I doh-no. Seems like they'd be more inclined to call. 3bet stats would be nice. Upgrade to PT3 you bum.

If we assign an equal probability to QQ as we do KK/AA then it's an easy call given the odds, if we throw TT in there as the most likely, it gets a whole lot closer to oEV, and -EV depending how much weight you give TT.

I probably pay this off given odds, but I'm a bit of a river station.

Care to elaborate? Calling oop preflop with MP still to act I guess was a bit wreckless... but I figured a guy with such a thin preflop raise range, 3betting, has to be 3beting a big pp or AK. I had him pegged on JJ.

Sorry, didn't have him pegged on JJ, but figured I was ahead of his 3bet range ( I figured about 3%), so I was ahead of AA,KK,JJ,AQs,AK, and behind QQ and TT.

Fold pre for sure. I'd only call here if we were quite a bit deeper, I don't think you really have set odds at all.

IFFF I am calling here, I'd be calling to rep AA/KK etc, and I'd often lead out on the flop to balance the times I cold call with AA/KK to a 3-bet.

If villain's 3-betting range is as tight as you suggest, then I don't like the turn lead cause I think you're getting called the vast majority of time. (all hands will call, TT,JJ,Qx, and maybe even AK sometimes to one bet). Also this type of board really hits his "light" 3-betting range preflop as well.

I'd say if you're gonna call to play "set or forget"... then play set or forget and c/f turn.

As played, bet harder on river to avoid inducing bluff raises and then you can more comfortably fold river to a raise.
