Is there a better way to play this?
I usually always c-bet K high flop but in a 3bet pot with 2 callers oop?

I like how you played this. You 3-bet to try to get the pot HU or take it down preflop (i flat call this preflop a lot, but i think raising is ok too). Flop came king-rag-rag which should be a scary flop for your opponents. You decided to check given the fact that they should not be bluffing a lot in this spots, there was a bet and call and you folded knowing you had 2 outs. Seems fine to me. C-betting is ok too, but at these stakes noone is folding KQ-KJ type hands to one bet so you'd have to pull off an elaborate bluff to win this hand against resistance.
Meh don't think I explained it well, but like other responses said basically c/folding is good here sometimes, as is c-betting. Depends on the dynamics of the table as well.
