Hand 2:

Opp seems like a real nit, especially preflop, but I havent played too many hands against him. The preflop min-4bet combined with the weird flop bet convinced me that he had AA (or mayb e KK). Weak fold?

First two look pretty good to me...
Hand 3, he min check-raised you twice, normally I'd definitely dump this hand at the turn, but one thing makes me want to call c/r and river bet:
