HAND #1
------------------
One the first hands at the session, villain is unknown.
Comments on both the flip check and whether b/f is better,
and if I can ever call river on this particual board, or if I could on a 2 to a flush board.

HAND #3
------------------
Villain was 8/8 over 50 hands, don't remember his agression factor. I had no reads on him.
It's a pretty common situation; calling a raise preflop, flopping and likely having the best hand but don't want to see a lot of turns.
(there's another thread where a more or less similar hand is discussed)
I really can't decide wether a flop c/r (and fold to a push) is a better line than c/c flop.
In this hand I c/c'ed planning on c/f'ing at least any J+ turn, maybe even all turns.
That line seems SO weak and exploitable to me, if villain knows his image he can double barrel at least any J+ turn.
On the other hand, a flop c/r is for protection only, which doesn't feel like a very good argument.

#1 and #2 just seems like a coin flip situation, and #3 is fine

1) plz bet the flop!!! As played you have to fold the river.
2) tempting but I would fold.
3) optimal line against this player imo.

Thanks.
I agree with c/c flop c/f turn against this 8/8 villain is the best line. Around what range is the breaking point when we're going for a c/r?
How do we play against an:
- 25/8 ?
- 20/10 ?
- 16/14 ?
- 25/20 ?

1. bet flop, as played I probably call river. He's repping a flush or KQ probably KsQ or a bluff imo, mainly a bluff. His line is not a typical value line so he's typically not thinking to value that way. It is, however, a typical bluff line since bad players (25nl) don't think to make their bluffs reasonable. My information could be biased though since I'm not giving stupid lines credit at all at 25nl since it's easy money there no matter.
2. He slowplayed his sevens all the way to the end like everybody else around him would. If you beat anything other than a bluff (which would come on the flop or even turn) you could maybe call, but you beat nothing pretty much.
3. He's probably not barreling an ace with air, and now his range has you destroyed. 25/8 I play same. 20/10 I may 3bet pre but a call is fine and probably best since he sucks. Not craing still only calling if I'm putting more in but may play same. 16/14 25/20 I'm 3betting pre.

Hey all,
I am a little cofused here. I suck at ring so maybe thats why ....
Hand 1. Is a raise with JT off a good play here?? I know its only 4 handed but seems a little loose to me. I definately lead flop though.
Hand 2 ... OK
Hand 3... Nobody Donk leads the flop ??? what are we afraid of here. JJ+ ??
