Hand 3 :
Villain has weird stats (38/21/1.7). This is our 1st big confrontatation. In an ealier hand I check-called a k-high turn w QQ then ½ potted the river. He folded (so I guess he’s capable of floating).
Not sure if this plays itself or not… When you don’t have enough info to determine what someone’s turn range is, what do you do in this spot?

i think you need to stop inducing turn bets when you don't know what to do when they bet.
I think you should be leading the turn in hands one and three, and in three you should be checkraising all in if you are checking the turn.

lead out turns if you're going to call a bet anyway.

hand 2 looks tough...lots of turns will look bad, but I'd discount a flush hurting you because he only min raised a board he shouldn't expect u to fold to that.
looks more like KJ, str8, worse 2pr, slow played TT-AA (maybe an uberdonkish top pair). I guess bet the turn 1/2 to 2/3 pot, or call a bet from him, and fold if he tries to get all in. maybe it's weak, but u have no reads.

Iowa seems to me that strategy is giving up a shitload in ev.
we are chasing out so many hands that we beat (since 2-barreling is seen as so strong).
A line I love witha strong hand or as a bluff vs floaters is bet flop, c-call turn, block-bet the river (sometimes w intent of calling a raise sometimes looking to fold to a raise).
Of the 3 hands above, I think the 10 10 hand is the toughest since villain's line could be a worse PP or a set, that's pretty much it. Not sure what most +ev line is... I think Renton's idea is best. Against worse PP's that call bs on flop, I can lead turn and fold to a raise (giving him credit for the set) and can maybe extract more value from non-set pp hands. I still think this leaves me in a tough spot on the river in a big pot with a vulnerable hand OOP, which is what I try to avoid...
