Simple question.

Lets say you are in a 3-bet pot and you are HU against a certain player on a certain board that you don't know whether it's better to bet or check, meaning that it's either marginal spot or you just are lost. Which one do you do:

OOP? bet or check
In position? bet or check

use all the information available and try to figure out which is better (ldo).

if you feel both run very similarly in value, firing is usually better for the same reason that raising is almost always better than calling when those options run close in value.

hmmmmm, never have thought about this before.

I tend to cbet very little in threebet pots when im threebetting light because your opponents never seem to adjust to how little your doing it and also they keep looking you up really light on low flops.

This is a great thread. How do we work it out? I threebet a lot but I don't even know where to start with regards to the check/bet dilemma.
