Villain is basically unknown over 8 hands. He's yet to play a hand. How's my line here?

Preflop - Ez 3 bet for value here vs almost all 100NL villains.

Flop: Okay so I'll give him a fairly tightish calling range just now of maybe [88-JJ, AJ+ KQ.] at a fair gestimate. I only fold out worse by c betting so I'd much rather just check back and maybe call a turn bet since I lilkely have more equity vs that than I do vs his flop calling range. The hand I beat have very few outs vs me and I'd really like a crad that hits us both when he is dominated to fall.

Turn: Now i think I can fold out a bunch of the underpairs so elect to do this, planning to check back river if called unimproved.

River: He flats the turn, I think AQ KQ are pretty likely, I doubt he ever has a J or better. I don't see any worse hands here that I canextract again from except for KQ, which is less ina random tightish player's preflop continuing range than AQ is. i wont get any value from TT and worse if they did decdie to call this turn so I elect to check. I could b/f real small for value I guess.

Smaller? I feel like my standard would be to go from $4->$12 even IP and maybe $14-$16 OOP.

Yah I don't get the river check. Bet here all day.

I havent done the math yet, but it seems 3BB-8BB / 4BB-9BB in position provokes more preflop calls whilst people still refuse to play back on flops and fold an insane amount to cbets. Maybe just a sample issue, but so far the ipoker reg-crowd calls all sorts of broadways and any pp just to c/f just about every flop.

I don't disagree that it induces more calls. I'm not sure its always necessarily better to invite more calls though. Depends how good villain is I suppose.

If this was a fish/whale, I'd probably do 3bb->7/8bb with a very wide range (AT+ and stuff even) just to isolate and have position.

To take value from KQ QT or even TT 99 88 (he might have call turn with pair + Gutshot) I would bet like 1/2 of the pot on the river.

I might also bet full pot on river depending on player and my image, if i think he might call with AT KQ,...

Only hand that beat us is AQ imo. and its very very small part of his range.

Your lack of betting the river for value offends me
