BB is a super duper laggfish, running 55/26/2 over 60ish hands. MP is one of the better regs in the game, running 21/18/2.9 over a ton of hands. We don't have a lot of history post-flop. My question ldo: is this ever a bluff?

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $6.00 BB (6 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Button ($285.75)
SB ($600.75)
BB ($1579.25)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A, K
1 fold, MP raises to $24, Hero raises to $81, 2 folds, BB calls $75, MP calls $57

Flop: ($246) 7, 3, 4 (3 players)
BB checks, MP checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($246) K (3 players)

I think its an easy fold. Your hand looks like what it is (or something that will rep the K anyway) so its a perfect turn for him to check with a set, with the fish being squeezed between you guys.

At worst he has some AhXh FD but i dont think he would stone cold bluff here.
Nine to five is how to survive - I ain't trying to survive / I'm trying to live it to the limit and love it a lot //

Can offer RB deals on most sites, PM me.

3-way pot, I think this is a pretty easy fold. Like Alex said, he likely expects you to bet, so he doesn't have to lead any of his two pairs/sets/straights here on the turn.

If this was HU it would be a lot closer, but I still might lean towards folding most of the time.

That would be sick if he had KQs and turned into a bluff but stacked the fish. I can't see anything but folding being correct.

I think he knows what you have, also I think he wants you to think he has 777. He also probably expects you to fold AK here because you know he knows you have AK...He also probably doesn't need that great of a hand to raise for value vs the BB.
