1. I just sat down so no real reads. Should I just be raising or folding on flop or pre? How do you play the rest of the hand if he fires more bets?

1) I would 4 bet pre, since he only min raised you i wouldn't shove instead make it like 7ish. I would also raise the flop looking to get it in.
2) This isn't my default play to call pre but its not horrible every once and a while, I'd prefer to have stats though if I am calling. Slow playing the flop is borderline probably not a good idea. Turn is a definite raise 100% of the time. As played you have to call the river since you've completely underrepped your hand and you do have the nut boat.
3) This player always screws me, The problem with these types is they don't bluff like ever but they can still do random stupid shit that you don't' expect. I think i still call the turn maybe c/f the river, but I hate it.

Hand 1 i'd 4 bet pre, as played you have to raise this flop.
Hand 2, you need to get aggro with this on the flop with the FD out there, as played.. defo call river.
Hand 3, sick spot.. kinda read based. Some players do this with the straight, others with air/1 pair hands. I'd shove and if he has it, note that down and fold next time
