vil is 25/9/1 over 100 hands

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

UTG ($51.70)
MP ($25.30)
Button ($35.20)
SB ($8.30)
Hero ($25.95)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 5, 3.
UTG calls $0.25, 2 folds, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: ($0.75) 4, 2, A (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG checks.

Turn: ($0.75) 8 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.5, UTG calls $0.50, SB folds.

River: ($1.75) 7 (2 players)
Hero bets 1.25, Villian raises to 2.75.... hero ?

I have noticed that my table has been betting their flush draws, which is why i checked the flop, I wouldve came over the top if someone bet out.

Re-raise. You're behind one hand. Two pair is likely here; a set will feel strong but is also behind, even most aces will probably bet. I would re-raise to maybe $7.50 and, tbh, I may even call if they push.

I pushed all in and he called with a set of 8's.

I guess my flop check wasnt very good, i like a hand like 56 whiff an OESD that could have really hurt me.

def bet flop. There's an ace and a flush draw on the board and the pot is small.

Def bet the flop. You want to get as much money in when you have the nuts. I would be betting all streets and praying for a rr so I acould 4 bet.

As played I am raising the river to about $8.

I like your flop check if facing a more aggro villain, ie one who often wil stab when checked to.
