Button is a loose raiser pre-flop and his range is huge here

I'm trying to work on my OOP play post flop as I think it's pretty weak atm. I've been trying to make things easier by re-raising PF and building some FE, but I'm not sure about this 4 handed. (I would usually muck it preflop if it was 6 handed against a standard TAG, not sure if thats a leak?)

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (4 handed)

Button ($39.30)
SB ($27.60)
Hero ($24.90)
UTG ($29.10)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q, K.
1 fold, Button raises to $0.75, SB calls $0.65, Hero raises to $4

I actually wanted everyone to fold pre-flop. Do you mean I don't have to raise that big to get them to fold, or raise smaller and play it OOP against a raise?
