 Apologies if this is boring/standard but I need to learn!

Villain has been fairly loose in the few hands he's been at the table for.

Starting game 2013417041.

sbedvek is at seat 0 with $31.05.
mastereuro is at seat 1 with $10.70.
zhiqiangfang is at seat 2 with $34.05.
Nr5Lebt is at seat 3 with $9.30.
mike.17 is at seat 4 with $13.50.

mike.17 posts a blind of $.15.
sbedvek posts a blind of $.25.

(sbedvek is dealt Ad Ac.)

Pre-flop: mastereuro calls for $.25, zhiqiangfang calls for $.25, 1 fold, mike.17 calls for $.10, sbedvek bets $1.05, mastereuro calls for $1.05, 1 fold, mike.17 calls for $1.05.

The flop comes 4d 9d 2c ($4.05 - 3 players)

mike.17 bets $.25, sbedvek raises $2.75, mastereuro folds, mike.17 goes all-in for $11.95, sbedvek ??

What hands do this and who calls?

I see a FD playing like this tons (At 50nl/100nl- if he actually had a set - i don't see him doing this...
