You're definitely raising here but I'm not sure whether to push or not. A good raise here for value is around $12-15 but this pretty much leaves you committed if he calls so maybe push anyway?

I think I opt for the standard raise but I'd be interested to hear the thoughts of others.

But doesn't a push mean we put villain on a flush draw / combo draw only? and let any worse hand get away cheap?
If stacks are a bit deeper villain doesn't even get odds to call with a lone flush draw.
What PP's are calling? JJ+? Aren't those usually 3-betting prefop?

In villains place I like raising these flops with air sometimes or low PP's, because hero folds often.

I'm having trouble getting paid off in these spots though, so please say I'm too passive as usual.

can still get calls from Kx coz he could put us on a draw too.

I just pay off sets here, there are too many other options for villan - PUSH.

Did you have any reads/history with him?
