the only hand he has shown is AK which he 3 bet on a A high flop, he won the pot on the flop and showed.

What do you think his re-raise standard is?

There isn't a whole lot of money behind, I would either just stick it in or dump this.

Flop c/c is fine.

These hands require quite a bit of experience with a particular player to be played optimally. I think this is a fold though, we don't have a great read and we only really beat AK. Sometimes I take a stand here, generally though I need to know villain has a wide preflop reraising range and is very aggro. I'd pick a better spot here though. You "could" call the turn and fold to a river shove on a blank as another option.
