Stats check up if someone would pretty please. (There's a good bit of tilt in that sample, I must admit).

on the whole this is pretty solid.

Your attempt to steal is very low. I would start opening more buttons, your button opening range should be substantially wider than your cutoff opening range, but your pfr is almost the same in both spots.

The other major thing that jumps out at me is that your W$WSF is very low. However this may just be that people at NL20 are such stations that you can't steal pots and far more flops are 3 or 4 way. FWIW I play at NL400 mainly, and my W$WSF is 48%

Also your W$@SD is quite high. You may be running hot.

Really appreciate the help.

Running hot? Heeeeell no. Unfortunately PokerEV doesn't work for the site I played these hands on, but I'm pretty positive I've been running way bad, and then tilting, and then running bad again, and then tilting some more.

I've never quite understood the dynamics of W$@SD. I've posted stats check ups before for NL5 and NL10 (probably 100k hands combined) where my W$@SD was about 54ish and both times I got told it was too high, and that I should show down thinner. Thing is it's hard to find spots to shown-down thinner when your opposition is stationy, and you're only just beginning to develop reading abilities. I bluff less, and as a result get looked up on bluffs less, so could that be the cause? What would optimal W$@SD be? Exactly 50?

Perhaps my W$WSF is so low because I'm never really bothering with limped pots unless I flop a big hand from the blinds. Should I be more stabby with low/paired/rainbow/montone/HU flops from the blinds with air?

As for the Att. to Steal, so start opening the button with K9s/J7s/Q8s/98o? Add in anything else perhaps?

steal blinds more. its not really what cards you should be opeing from the button it just depends who is left to act. sometimes its any two cards if its two nits.
