Villain is solid regular running about 21/17.
I dont know how he plays QQ+ pf, but i think if he had +QQ he would reraise the flop on this board.
My image is tag, he knows im solid, so he might lay down pairs upto JJ, and if i get called i still have outs.

Yah this looks pretty standard. The only question is what you'd do with AK here. If you'd push then push is good, if you'd bet less ($90-100ish) then I think betting less is good.
Either way I think your standard "AK bet" here is good.
