villain 36/16 over 25
$1/$2 No Limit Holdem
6 players
Converted at weaktight.com
Stacks:
UTG Hero ($203.00)
UTG+1 Bidicha ($200.00)
CO ajfennewald ($241.75)
BTN magicjaybee ($235.60)
SB Mc.Fire ($388.55)
BB MrOnePutt ($204.00)
Pre-flop: ($3, 6 players) Hero is UTG
Hero raises to $8, 3 folds, Mc.Fire calls $7, 1 fold
Flop: ($18, 2 players)
Mc.Fire checks, Hero bets $14, Mc.Fire calls $14
Turn: ($46, 2 players)
Mc.Fire bets $25, $25 to Hero ($181)?
I think a raise is pretty standard here...kinda wondering how many FDs are actually in his range when he takes this line though. Seems more of a Tx line than a FD line. Even so I suppose there's a lot of rivers we don't like for a Tx hand.

More FDs than you'd think, in fact when he does this thats immediately what I assume a bad player has. Maybe something like 7 X

Just playing to improve.

Definitely raise, it's possible he turned more equity and quite often he's just a tard with a pair of tens that will call.

the assumption here is if you raise you are never ever folding.
the question is how much will he put in on a FD, or if he has Tx type hand. if i raise here i might make it a relatively small raise i think and mostly be looking to avoid the 3rd flush card on the river.

No, we raise to call it off, folding would not be good.

In my experience this is either Tx, idiotic floats, or a draw... sometimes bottom pair.
I'd make it 100, but I'd put more faith in griffeys bet sizing ability

It's a close spot in terms of sizing. 100 isn't bad, but I think $85 gives him sooome semblance of fold equity, to ship his draw instead of just calling OOP or folding OOP.
