Not alot else you can do apart from bet/fold turn, if you call this bet you're very likely gonna face a large barrel on the river so unless your willing to get the rest of your stack in on the off chance that he's bluffing I just fold.

It's kinda gross/exploitable as what do you continue with bar flushes/boats and maybe 7x with a diamond, if he's competent he should definitely realise this. Even with kk/aa with a diamond your gonna often be folding to a big river bet. I probably check/call the turn with aa/kk d's in this spot. If you play with him alot I don't mind sacrificing a stack to see if he's doing this with random floats which is a decent possibility, i.e. you call this raise then stack off on any non diamond river.
"This sure beats Super Mario Bros.!" is my ejaculation catch phrase.

I know this is a line I'd run as a bluff. Doesn't matter though you still gotta fold---unless you guys have recent history that he's just been pushing you out of pots left and right. If that's not the case, you need to give him this one and keep an eye out for him doing the same thing in similar spots in the future.
