No real read on V, seems average, hasn't done anything memorable. He has been at the table for a bit, but between me and 2 other agro regs, there hasn't been much room for him to play (In hindsight, I guess we shouldn't have been pushing him out of pots).

Cake Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $2.00 BB (5 handed) - Cake-Poker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

BB ($149.40)
UTG ($185.25)
MP ($120.05)
Hero (Button) ($356.10)
SB ($202.95)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K, K
2 folds, Hero bets $7, 1 fold, BB calls $5

Flop: ($15) Q, J, 4 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($15) 8 (2 players)
BB bets $11.50, Hero calls $11.50

River: ($38) 5 (2 players)
BB bets $25, Hero raises to $50

I wanted value and figured I beat most of his calling range. I fold to a shove, LDO.
Check out my self-deprecation here!

Bet, bet, bet. Fold to raise on turn or river.
Larsmars: "I folded Aces today, I can't remember last time I did it, it must have been like half a year ago."
Andypandy: "Preflop??"

I sometimes get my bet/raise hotkey mixed up with my check/call hotkey too. Glad you noticed your error by the river though.

I think this is the wrong hand to get fancy with. You're giving up way too much value by not betting.

not betting this flop is like what? especially since you said you have an aggro image with this guy, it just makes no sense.

V folds too much. That's kind of the point I was trying to make before the HH started. Over the half hour or so I played with him he folded to like 90% of cbets (I pulled that stat out of my ass).

I guess I just got a bit of FPS, which was lucky, because he flatted my river raise and showed down QJ.

well raising his river lead there is clearly wrong but thats beside the point. if he doesnt have a hand willing to call a bet on the flop he probably isnt going to give you action on the turn. when you check this flop you are not repping that you are likely to fold if an opponent stabs.
