18/20. only 90 hands. hasnt 3bet much, hasnt done much of anything to note.

Hows my line? I think its good to have some c/r ability in BvB situations so you people dont float the crap out of you when you gotta check turn and barrelling isnt an option. This isnt a great card to card but I can hold more 2x hands than him, I plan to shove almost any river which I would prob do if I did have a 2 on this river anyway.

how can someone be 18/20, do u mean 20/18?

I think its horrible for a ton of reasons, mainly that you'd never do this with a good hand and that you didn't even align the pot to shove the river (which you would probably have done with a good hand). However, I want to address a pattern of error I'm seeing in these forums.

Bets/raises when oop should be larger in general.

On this turn, you basically made a zero fold equity raise. Unless he's just bluffing outright you are never gonna get a fold there for only 28 more dollars. So since you have no equity in the pot, your play on the turn in a vacuum is ev = $-46. Therefore, you've committed yourself to shoving the river. So to recap, you've chosen to see a river in a huge pot with virtually no chance of improving to the best hand. Wouldn't you at least want a gutshot or something to make this play?

An extension of this concept is how a few people here love to make 4bet bluffs oop for like 2.5x with a horrible hand like A7o. You are rarely gonna get a fold there when he has position on you, so you are putting yourself in a position to see a flop oop with an inferior hand the vast majority of the time.

When people have position on you, they are gonna be harder to make go away. This is why good players tend to c/r flops larger than raising flops ip, and 3bet larger oop than ip.

18/20, oops. Im sure he was an 18/10 actually.

1 - I could do this with a good hand sometimes BUT I would def have more reads than above so in this case you are correct that I wouldnt.

2 - I agree about raise being too small also and not lining up the river properly, tbh I think I had a rough estimate since my river bet is only slightly overbet. Regardless I agree with you, Im interested if yourself and any other good player would note in opponents situation that I wont have my bet size on river lined up therefore think im full of shit and look me up more on river. A bluff bet sizing leak?

3- In general I bluff with much more equity and usually require some to bluff otherwise shutdown. Doing so with 0% equity is rare.

I feel like I c/r turns after being PFR and cbetting flop almost never. Maybe once ever 10k hands or something!

I generally counteract floaters by cbetting flop and c/c turns. I feel like turn c/r is just so polarized.

For example if I had 79ss here I might c/c turn sometimes if I thought he was floaty. But with this particular hand I'd probably either barrel or just c/f.

How would u generaly act with 97ss on river if you called a bet? usually fold?
