Table broke, villain is a 18/14 nit. folds to tons of c-bets.

$1/$2 No Limit Holdem
2 players
Converted at weaktight.com

Stacks:
BTN danlim1 ($349.95)
BB Hero ($431.10)

Pre-flop: ($3, 2 players) Hero is BB
danlim1 calls $1, Hero raises to $8, danlim1 calls $6

Flop: ($16, 2 players)
Hero bets $10, danlim1 calls $10

Turn: ($36, 2 players)
Hero checks, danlim1 bets $18, Hero calls $18

River: ($72, 2 players)
Hero bets $38, danlim1 raises to $132, $94 to Hero ($357.10)?

I check the turn because the A is a scare card to the range I really wanna extract value from and this guy is tight enough that I wouldn't be surprised if he laid down most kings, though I'm not really sure what kings a 18/14 is limp/calling. Do we have to put him on low pps/Scs pre exclusively? I bet the river because I don't want KQ getting scared of the flush and checking behind.

I can't really imagine him raising the river like this with less than a set so I guess this is a fold?

I think his high fold to c-bet % is actually a reason to bet the turn again. It means he has a king way more often than a random float, and even nits aren't likely to fold a good king to a second barrel, I really disagree with the notion that he will.

Don't really like your river bet, it seems like you were fixated on the notion that he has KQ when that's only a small part of his range given all the blockers and the fact that he bet the turn. I guess I'd fold now even though this is a great board for him to bluff-raise.

griffey24 is on a distinguished road
bet turn and bet river.

As played, if you're bluff catching then stick with the plan and c/c turn and river again.

yea i would say for sure when you are betting in or out of position as a bluff (like over cards) and you actually hit top pair you gotta bet that every time, because you're doing it to barrel bluff as well.

if i raise KQ and fish calls, or reg calls, and flop comes Jxx i cbet and they call turn Q or K I'm betting this all day and they never fold the J there
