Villain is loose passive, i also am a little bit maniacal running 30/20 , im not sure if it would affect villain though.

I would look this up, but sometimes folding is reasonable given the read.

I really need to a strong read to never call here.

One of the reasons to check the turn is to induce a bluff on the river. Even passive players will make a play for the pot if they sense weakness (although perhaps not with an overbet).
