i just call the 3bet in hand 2 and go from there.

gotta call you mean?... we're getting like 3:1, and thats all we need if both our over cards are live. Not to mention the runner flush that is coming.

I personally go allin preflop in Hand 2 after the three bet. He is a maniac.

hand 1 is fine. Maybe 4-bet slightly smaller, to like $90 in hand 2? As played you have to call.
