Villain is a loose aggro donk. He has been making all sorts of weird bets but i haven't seen him make any crazy calls.

I think he probably c/r'ed the flop with a flush draw and didn't know what to do when he missed on the turn so he checked. I think the river bet is either a bluff or Q-x.

fold < call < raise?

I mean, if you think his range is a bluff or Qx... call ldo. But there's really only a few draws he's missed (most straight draws hit the Q) and i hate river raising donks because he could call you with anything. And it's not like this couldn't be a weak K or something retardedly strong.

I fold like everyone else says.

Since i was uncertain at the time that i could get him to fold a Queen by raising, i decided to just call. SB had 9-9?!

If i could get SB to fold Q-x(possibly K-x) around 2/3rd of the time, raising would be +EV. But i don't know that a raise would work that often vs. this opponent.

I think calling is better than folding because the flush draw, IMO SB's most likely holding, missed.
