BB is a huge donk, running 50/20 or so and calling with all types of crap preflop. UTG+1 is an unknown 28/20 over 40 hands. What to do?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $4 BB (5 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Hero ($779.20)
BB ($1222.70)
UTG ($521)
MP ($400)
Button ($396)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A, A.
1 fold, MP raises to $12, 1 fold, Hero raises to $44, BB calls $40, MP raises to $112, Hero calls $68, BB calls $68.

Flop: ($336) 3, 9, T (3 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $110, UTG+1 raises to $220, Hero raises to $667.20

I've never played at anywhere near those stakes, so this isn't a rhetorical question; I really want to know - what's the thinking behind not shoving preflop? Aren't we just allowing BB to make Ts over 9s, and giving MP a shot at putting you on TTT so that he can fold his KK? (I'm not saying I'm positive they have those hands, but you can see what I'm getting at).

UTG's hand is absurdly well defined and you can't hate getting your money in against the donk.

This hand plays itself, sorry if it turned out bad for you.

I think this is really well played actually. I don't see how you could have possibly gotten more value from all the hands that you crush. Sucks if he hit a two outer though. It would be pretty terrible for him to 4 bet 99 or 1010 here imo.

leading flop would be cool
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?
