If he thinks he's a reg he could well make some hero calls here with A high and better as long as you've been aggro IMO

jackvance is an unknown quantity at this point
Hand 2.. I have the impression you're ahead, so I'd just call the minbetting.

Well it's a two way bet because he's rarely folding those hands anyways. And he'll yeah there's value people snap off any pair here all day.

Well besides the fact that his PFR is so low, I think he bets any 2 on the flop when checked to so they are pretty much out, so the only pairs I beat are 55/33. I cant see any way for him to hit the 4 so I don't think he can have any pairs that we can get value from.

The reason I overbet is because I think he folds 77 way more to a bet of $30 then to a bet of $20.

If I raise I get the same value when ahead, plus sometimes I make him fold a better hand.

i think in hand 1 ur ahead often, since he'd bet made hands on the flop, except Jx or maybe a big pair. imo even an over bet is sorta thin value vs ace high or random pair of 4s.

id bet the flop in hand 2 mostly for protection. as played, that bet could be any pair since i bet he puts u on AK. a bluff c/r is too thin imo, again i think its borderline for value. i just see ppl call too much on paired boards.

I like hand 1, I think he folds better hands here sometimes and once in a blue moon you'll get looked up by worse. I think this kind of thing every once in a while is good.

Hand 2 is too thin imo.
Family Cruise IMO
