Both villains were utterly terrible. Sosexi was 61/23/3.3 over 87 hands and called most raises but only ever showed down easily dominated hands like A9,K9,K7 e.t.c

Styl was as bad but not as aggro. He ran at 65/10 /.64 but I hadn't seen him how down many hands other than K6, K9s and A9o.

I was absolutely berated after this and told how I was a donk yadda yadda. I thought it was quite a good play as I had repped a big hand pre with the raise and followed up by a large c-bet. At these tables most people give up if the pot gets so big and I genuinely thought I was ahead on the flop. I couldn't see any other way to play the turn as if I checked he may have bet.

Anyway, am I a donk? Was this in totally the wrong spot? How should I have played it. Please remember these players are some of the worst I have ever seen. There are at least 3 players with 60 VPIP at this table and 2 of them raise 20% pre flop. They are just terrible.

why would you want to bluff a 60 VPIP with total air?

especially 3-way? yeah you repped a big hand but this guy is 60 VPIP, those guys don't notice stuff like that. "I've got a pair and this sumbitch is bluffing....I CALL!"

You need to make hands against players like this and THEN get paid, not the other way around.

I agree with this. Your logic is flawed. You say that the only hands youve seen shown from these guys are marginal hands (which means they are willing to call down with marginal hands), and yet you try betting them off their marginal hands, you know they'll call with.

I don't mind the hand itself. Its a good semi-bluffing hand here, and i'm sure you probably have between 7-10 outs. I think you just picked the wrong villains to try this against.

Ok I see where you are coming from. I picked the wrong guys to play this line with. This line would have been ok with a made hand against these donks or the bluff against a solid player.

I suppose I was thinking that as he calls with very marginal hands he likely has a draw or a very weak hand and so won't call. I didn't want to give up the hand on the flop as there was a lot of money there and by the turn there was £42 or so in the pot and checking would have been weak.

So my idea was correct but I stupidly picked the wrong player do run this line against. What would I do without FTR....be a loser I guess?

I suppose I was lucky that the donk called me with KQo!!!!
