My last 50NL session before I start hitting 200NL again.
This guy has pretty normal-looking stats but he's been caught floating, two-barreling, and re-raising with garbage a few times already. Three questions.
1. How do you like my turn line (both the fact that I check-raised, and the amount that I check-raised to)? I've been doing less of this lately, especially on scary boards, but I did it here because I knew I was way ahead of his range and I was almost certain that he'd bet. The only reasonable hands I can see myself losing to here are AJ and K Q .
2. What do put him on?
3. What do you do on the river as played?

1) Turn raise looks fine to me (but I don't know much about this game yet).
2) Depends on player, but he could have AT-AK, Kcxc, 78, 99, TT, AA, JcQc, Tcxc.
3) I either check and evaluate, or I bet like $25ish.

Opp no doubt bets harder with a hand beating yours so I like it, but I raise more, something like 20 on the turn. I do probably check the river, I can imagine a fish calling you with a hand ur beating but not really a tag.

I like the turn line & the amount,
I put him on QJ, or club sc,
I bet 25 on the river as part value/part blocking bet.

this looks fine
check and let him bluff the river. unless he s horrible, he's not calling your c/r without a strong draw that definitely missed the river
QcJc is hand that makes most sense to me for villain to have. He'd have to be an idiot for not pushing over top of your CR with KQ since you're screaming strength and lots of cards can make you slowdown on river.

Bet turn. A lot of floating hands will check behind here usually having picked up a straight draw with a pair or something, but if you are very sure he will bet then c/r is fine i guess. I would also c/r more, like to 20. As played just shove. Even if he has a draw a decent amount of the time you will very rarely induce bluffs withe way the hand played out. (betting turn and checking river will induce bluffs more than your line)

I raise more on the turn or don't raise at all. Raise it to $23. If he thinks he has 12 good outs, he can call up to 3:1 + implied odds. You gave him 1:4 or proper odds to call with a straight flush draw.

You're overrepresenting your hand somewhat with this turn check-raise. Just make the straightforward play and lead out. Also, it would suck to give a free card and watch and queen of clubs fall.

I forgot to post results. I put him on a draw when he called my check-raise, for the reasons that Genitruc stated, so I checked the river, he bet something like $25 and I insta-called. He had QJo.

I agree in hindsight, my turn check sucks pretty bad against a good player. Check-raising the turn is something that a lot of small-stakes TAgs do too often, and we need to cut it out when we're out of position against decent players on boards like this one. He had just the type of hand that a good player would check behind with, but luckily he was horrible, and I knew this, so I don't think it was that bad here.
