Opp is fair for 50nl (200bbs buy in)

Not sure what line is best on turn considering hand ranges, so i just shoved which seemed kinda dumb.
C/r'ing seems bad as there are lots of horrible cards that might hit. I think if it wasnt HU my standard would be bet, bet, bet (providing nothing horrible appeared.
Thoughts?

Hand 2.
Different opponent. this guy is playing like 20/15 HU (wtf?) and only seems to raise genuine hand and not play a much wider range. History tells me he has hand or good draw when he c/r's the flop and he will always follow up, but ive 3 bet this spot enough to keep him pretty genuine and away from outright bluffs.
1. 3 bet size ok? sets up pot bet turn river push
2. Is 3 balling the flop best or should i call flop and play turn bigger. hu i think the advantage is always with the aggressor so i wanted to give him control of the hand.
3. He isnt going to stack off with a good Q this deep is he?

1) Why do you hate c/r the flop. I'd probably always c/r the flop here vs a thinking opponent. He's going to put you on a range that he'll play back at. You're also deep so lets build the pot on the flop.

2) I probably wouldn't play this guy just cause its going to require too much effort for 50nl. I like flop 3 ball he won't fold a queen. Nits like to station their strong hands so I think you can get 3 streets of value. What about something gay on the river like 40 or something. I doubt he folds a queen for that much if you think you'll have trouble getting a psb from him.
