You're aggro and playing short handed. "Momma said there'd be days like this..."

If this has put you off your game, then drop down and beat up on the $50 fish for a bit.

You're right. I feel better now...It is shorthanded and I am aggro and shit does happen.

Im going to stay where I'm at and as soon as I quit getting 83o then I'll be ready to go.

As long as you don't feel like it is moving up in levels that is making you lose (which i don't think it is) then you just gotta keep your confidence up. When i was new i would really begin to doubt my play and wonder if i was actually a winning player during downswings.

When i start losing really bad i like to go play another type of poker like sit n goes or stud.

Fnord says wise stuff. Being aggressive is going to make some very interesting things happen to you. For one, people will call your bets with some trashy draws, and you'll get sucked out upon more often because of it - because they don't want to get bullied off the pot by you. For another, some people are going to go out of their way to trap you, like our friend Marsman did. I do this all the time when I find the real enthusiastic aggro players in 6max games. Lots of checking, lots of folding, and then when a monster comes along they gleefully string themselves up in front of me. You have to be very careful about that.
