Hand #1
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Button ($30.25)
SB ($13.90)
Hero ($30.50)
UTG ($26.95)
MP ($60.65)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K, A.
UTG raises to $1, MP calls $1, Button calls $1, 1 fold, Hero raises to $3, UTG folds, MP folds, Button calls $2.

Flop: ($8.10) Q, 4, 9 (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $1, Hero raises to $6, Button calls $5.

Turn: ($20.10) T (2 players)
Hero bets $5, Button raises to $21.25, Hero ....?

Final Pot: $46.35

I am wondering what is the proper play on the flop, since the turn was plain awful.

Hand #2
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Hero ($38.30)
UTG ($23.70)
MP ($60.55)
Button ($27.90)
SB ($12.50)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J, J.
UTG raises to $0.75, 3 folds, Hero raises to $2, UTG raises to $3.25, Hero calls $1.25.

Flop: ($6.60) T, 8, 2 (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $2.5, Hero raises to $6, UTG calls $3.50.

Turn: ($18.60) K (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $3, Hero calls $3.

River: ($24.60) 7 (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks.

Final Pot: $24.60

On the flop i was thinking that UTG is just C-betting. Though the way he played he could only have qq-aa and AK & AQ, though at the time i did not realize this.

Lastly, I have signifcant problems playing UTG with qt qjo and 109s. I almost think that i should just not playing them at all. Any ideas?

Hand 1: Raise more preflop to about 4-5. Make your flop reraise to about 4 instead of 6. Shut down when called and c/f.

Hand 2: c/c on flop.

On the turn my idea was that he was just bluffing and thus i wanted to be sure by shooting a value bet. Now that i look at this, not in the moment, it looks dumb. Thanks for the replies.

If he's bluffing he's not going to call your raise. And now you look like you're bluffing by betting less on the turn than you did on the flop.
