Villian is 61/19 over 30 hands, saw him calldown with weak hands and draws a few times. This look good?

UTG ($10.10)

Hero ($9.90)
BB ($4)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A, Q.
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.4, BB calls $0.30.

Villian is 26/18 pretty tagg from what I have seen, he seemed to try to push a person outa a pot once or twice. Is this call gona show profit ever? Also bet/fold turn?

hand 1: why? if hes calling down with weak hands then this is horrible spew, DUCY?

hand 2: b/f turn seems better than c/c river but idk if either one are good really given the board texture.

Hand 1 looks terrible

Hand 2 seems fine is villian is aggressive enough.
In which case I wouldn't bet fold (oop) cuz i dont think hes calling with worse enough but he might bluff missed flush etc.
Currently thinking of a new quote/signature... Some sort of prayer to the Poker gods for enlightment etc..

1) Not too good, c/f turn most likely
2) Fold river

So my insane rage at short stacks probably affected my decision making in hand 1?

What pot odds do I need to be calling on river?
