150BB deep against MP. MP is a TAG reg, SB is a LAG reg. Neither is very good and both of them are spewy. My image is bad and my 3bet is at around 13%.
I hate folding, hate calling, hate raising. Can I just put a bullet in my head?
No-Limit Hold'em, $4.00 BB (5 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
Hero (Button) ($597.70)
SB ($333.80)
BB ($405.40)
UTG ($558)
MP ($808)
Preflop: Hero is Button with 5 , 6
1 fold, MP bets $14, Hero raises $48, SB calls $46, 1 fold, MP calls $34
Flop: ($148) 2 , 3 , J (3 players)
SB checks, MP checks, Hero checks
Turn: ($148) 4 (3 players)
SB bets $70, MP raises $178, Hero goes wtf???

I think call turn, and eval on river but call on most. I'm more afraid of SB than MP but I still don't feel like we can fold here. I don't love 3betting 65o given your image but I guess I can't really complain.

I guess it depends what level these guys are on.
I think its safe to say that SB can be VERY wide here. We checked back flop so we're weak and its also very unlikely that we'd have a flush (given our flop check).
So SB can be trying to steal, and MP can recognize this and raise light here, being fairly certain that we don't have a flush behind him.
I would cold call this and re-eval river. I'd fold if SB came back over the top.

Cold calling the raise looks super strong. Can we really call blank river if we flat?

so you would call AsKx and bluff riv if checked to then? i would be feeling pretty damn good about my hand here and i think its absurd not to, mp doesnt need that much of a hand to be getting it in $333 deep vs sb and is likely raising to keep you from drawing for cheap with the aforementioned hand type since u have that so often, and SB almost never has a flush after hoodflatting 1/7 of his stack oop preflop.

My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

I love my hand! Just don't love my options. I wouldn't flat AsKx here ever.
If I overcall then SB is not going to bet river unless he has me beat, so on the river I will have little love for my hand if a spade falls, if the board pairs, or if I face a shove from MP.
I guess I'm trying to justify that I shoved. Felt pretty dirty about it so I had to post and face the heat
