i opted not to 3 bet UTG here. he is very tight, and i didnt have a feel for how he plays at all. plus both blinds here were awful. mistake?

BB is like 45/15/3, no specific reads on him. my thinking in the moment when i checked behind the turn was like fuck, that Q just hurt my value quite a bit. when in fact it only improves a few hands, and adds some more outs to a lot. i thought i would check behind and vbet if he checked the river, or call a bet, but this over bet kind of surprised me. is this turn a bet 100%? and is this river a call or fold?

Genitruc is an unknown quantity at this point
bet-fold the turn is good as well since tons of his hands (jT, AJ, KT, AQ, QT, J9, K9) will just call with pair + str8 draws
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

I don't really like a turn bet but I can see the merit of a small bet and fold to a re-raise. But I would play it the same and would fold the river.
