Villain's running 27/14/2.8 over a bunch of hands, mostly mined. No notes, but I have it in my head that he's a fish for a reason other than his stats. Value raising this turn or does it turn my hand into a bluff?

I think I flat this turn. I definitely think its possible we're ahead here, but I think his range for calling the turn, that we're ahead of, is pretty narrow unless you have better reads about his donkness.

Rare case where calling can be correct.

He's not aggro enough to b/c the turn cause I don't see him spaze jamming a pr or bare spade.

I'd call the turn for sure make a river decision when it comes to it.

I say "goddammit" and call, then hope to spike a full house. When that doesn't happen I close my eyes and push a button.

The river will be really interesting depending on the card and his play...

I'd call river and curse the game of poker if I lost.

wat does that weak-ass river bet mean? Is he hoping to maximize your calling range because he sees you as weak or because he's weaker himself?

Folding can't be an option with those odds, but is there any value in a raise? Meh, given the straight came in as well I guess we gotta just call? bah.

call turn, call river with such a small bet. anything much bigger than 1/2 pot im dumping the river, or you should atleast. i talk myself into way too many calls in these spots.

I think this is only good if he's a mega station and will call a shove with some pair+spade or some other draw.

Otherwise, its letting him play perfectly against our hand, and letting him fold all hands we have beat and probably only call with flushes.

If I was going to raise here... I'd probably raise smallish to keep in a bigger part of his range, but I definitely prefer a flat here.

Always always always call turn, i do it with flushes too on that specific board (maybe one with a lot of action killing straight cards would warrant a raise).

I don't think that raising the river is bad if you feel for the player and the size gives away that it's never a flush, but since you didn't say anything of that sort calling is gonna be better.

Results since this generated a lot of interest: I called, villain showed K J. After playing with him some more the past few days, I highly doubt he folds to a river shove.

I find when fish lead twice if they didn't already have us beat on the turn they are rarely doing it as a bluff on the river. I definatley fold this board and just smile knowing next time I boat or have the flush myself its all mine.
