Villain is a reg running 22/17/2.2 over a ton of hands, 4bets a lot (15%), only folds to 3bets 54%. We have a fair amount of history, he knows I 3bet and squeeze light and he's 4bet me a few times. No applicable notes post-flop, but my feeling is that he's slightly spewy. Standard bet/call?
