Villain is an ok reg, nothing special imo, nothing stands out in my mind about his game. We've battled a fair amount, he knows I'm aggro, not much relevant history. He's running 24/18/2.4 over a lot of hands, 3bets 8% from the button, c/r's flop 8%, turn af 2.2, river 2.6. Sort of middling stats all around. He's a loser in my database but he's been around 2/4 and 3/6 for a long time, so I think he must be a winner overall.
Timing: he thought a little before betting the turn and insta, insta, instashoved river.

Nine to five is how to survive - I ain't trying to survive / I'm trying to live it to the limit and love it a lot //

why do you open so big on the button?
Surely, this is not optimal
my attempt to steal is like 50-60% on the button, obviously I usually have weak hands that can't stand a 3b so I make it 2.5x

200bb deep. I open 2.5x 100bb deep with most regs in the blinds.

Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I hate playing deep without retards to pump up the pot.
I guess fold river, but I could call. Both the turn and river are good cards for us.
What's his re-raise range from the BB? If he's flatting QQ/JJ he could be making a funny "I missed my draw" push on the river trying to get value from worse.

This guy wont fire the third bullet with air imo. Especially like this. If he cared about balancing his set line he's have a bigger flop c/r % to start with.
Alexos, I agree against guys who are good. What if they bet $388 on the 2

Yeah I would say call on blank 2. It still begs the question if he's capable of it but I think its to good of a card for us to fold.

One interesting thing I find from experience is that with guys who are less then great, they often don't know wtf to do when they c/r this flop w 89 and then hit showdown value on the turn and they often go into c/c mode because of it.
