Villain here is an 18/16/4 TAG that has been pretty spewy in the past. One hand I remember he cold called a 3bet pre with 63s OOP, though that doesn't really apply here. Point is that I think he's 100% capable of calling down with a bare Ah and donkshoving this river as a bluff since he seems to be a level 1 thinker. EZ fold??

flop is meh obviously ( i hope you are aware of this) but it is ok on occasion; your turn bet made me throw up

read the title of your own thread

id rather make the flop move on a non monotone board.... and once he's called ur flop raise, why would he fold turn on what is likely a draw. you're much better off checking turn and calling river, or more likely folding.

I would CF flop. But if you are making it your way raising the flop. I would check turn and check/call or check/fold river depending on read. what hands are you beating except missed flushdraw? 8 out of 10 hands i fold this river.

You got pwned. Good for him, next hand.

Overall this is a bad spot to play back because any big heart has equity here along with all the other stuff he could have. Still I don't hate the flop raise because sometimes you just need to gutcheck someone who likes to raise pre-flop and bet any flop. Little shits like him need a reminder that position > initiative.

Once you raise the flop and get called then you need to think carefully about how much more money you're going to put into the pot as his range has a lot of draws. Two barrels is an option. Potting the turn is an option. Giving up is an option.

Another way to play the hand is to flat the flop then you can represent a wider range of hands on the turn. Although if he likes to second barrel a lot, it will be expensive and make you feel really stupid sometimes. BTW, nice video Sauce.
